The Castaic Lake Water Agency will be considering the refunding of the 2006C Certificates of Participation to achieve savings in debt service payments. The Upper Santa Clara Valley Joint Powers Authority Revenue Bonds, Series 2001C, will be considered at the October 18, 2011 Finance and Administration Committee meeting and the October 26, 2011 Board of Directors regular meeting. The Upper Santa Clara Valley Joint Powers Authority will consider the matter at its October 26, 2011 Board of Directors regular meeting. The Committee and Board will consider resolutions authorizing the Installment Purchase Agreement, the Continuing Disclosure Certificate, the Purchase Contract, the Escrow Agreement and the Indenture of Trust.
