The Castaic Lake Water Agency will be considering the refunding of the 2006C Certificates of Participation to achieve savings in debt service payments. The Upper Santa Clara Valley Joint Powers Authority Revenue Bonds, Series 2001C, will be considered at the October 18, 2011 Finance and Administration Committee meeting and the October 26, 2011 Board of Directors regular meeting. The Upper Santa Clara Valley Joint Powers Authority will consider the matter at its October 26, 2011 Board of Directors regular meeting. The Committee and Board will consider resolutions authorizing the Installment Purchase Agreement, the Continuing Disclosure Certificate, the Purchase Contract, the Escrow Agreement and the Indenture of Trust.

The Castaic Lake Water Agency will be considering the establishment of a commercial paper program and the issuance of revenue bonds at the September 20, 2011 Finance and Administration Committee meeting and the September 28, 2011 Board of Directors regular meeting. The Upper Santa Clara Valley Joint Powers Authority will consider the commercial paper program and the issuance of revenue bonds at its September 28, 2011 Board of Directors regular meeting. The Committee and Board will consider resolutions authorizing the Letter of Credit and Reimbursement Agreement, the Dealer Agreement, the Issuing and Paying Agent Agreement, the Installment Purchase Agreement, the Indenture of Trust, the Continuing Disclosure Certificate and the Purchase Contract.
