Professional and Community Activities:
Tom Campbell is a Registered Civil Engineer and works as a project manager for the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, a large wholesale water agency supplying water to 19 million Southern California residents. In this capacity, he manages multiple, complex, infrastructure improvement projects for large water storage and distribution systems.
He was elected in 1997 to the Board of Directors for the Newhall County Water District. There he served as Vice President in 1998, President in 1999, and Vice President again in 2000.
Mr. Campbell has lived in the Santa Clarita Valley since 1992 and currently resides in the Valencia area with his wife and two children.
